Our off ice exercises and training activities will ensure a deeper knowledge of the game. We will study strategies and how to counteract offensive situations. These off ice sessions serve a deeper purpose than simply continuous training, they provide a chance to think while on the ice.

ON ICE ACTIVITIES

Putting knowledge to the test

Our on ice sessions serve as the most practical way to understand the game. These sessions will go through some of the things that were presented in the off ice sessions in order to dig deeper into our hockey IQ. This will also be straightforward training sessions, where your reflexes, manoeuvrability and positioning will be tested and trained.
